Angelica Santiago (She/Her), Graduate Intern, EMDR-t

Hello, everyone! My name is Angelica (She/her/hers), and I am a Graduate student at Midwestern State University. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the College of Saint Benedict & Saint John’s University in Minnesota and I am currently working toward completing my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Midwestern State University in Texas.

I am excited to share that I have completed all of the required coursework in my graduate program to begin providing counseling. Please note that to ensure you are receiving the best care possible, I am supervised by Ashley Hubbard, MS, NCC, LPC, LMHC at Vibrant Journey Counseling, PLLC, and my University Supervisor, Dr. Tara Fox, Ph.D., LPC-S.

I am most inspired by the power of human connection and I look forward to working with you to help support you on your journey. I have experience working with a wide range of age groups in a clinic mental health setting, from four-years-old to 61-years-old. I am comfortable working with all ages.

I enjoy singing, arts and crafts, powerlifting, and training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu when I can. I am married, and my husband and I have a fun-spirited Corgi named “Penny.” I love traveling and I am passionate about learning about different cultures.

I look forward to working with you!

As Carl Rogers once said, “…I am willing to walk through that door with you…I will be fully present beside you, and we will discover together what is there. I trust you in this process to be able to face and cope with whatever we find there.”

Angelica is seeing clients at a reduced price of $30 per session.
