As a former student athlete she understands the complexities and stress that comes with the game! She enjoys working with life transitions, performance anxiety, relationship challenges, and overwhelm.

I am a neurospicy nerd with an affinity towards helping the military, survivors of sexual trauma, those with C-PTSD, Caregiver, and overall social justice for the BIPOC community. In addition, I have been humbled by my experience walking alongside Seniors, the justice-involved, and those struggling with substance use. Ayana works with teens and adults across the lifespan.

Brock Ramirez (He/Him) MA, LPC, EMDR-t

Brock is a caring counselor who joyfully works with adults, adolescents, and children. Brock is EMDR Trained for working with individuals who have experienced trauma. He also employs art and play interventions in work with children. Brock has previous experience working with victims of sexual assault.

She focuses on life transitions, motherhood and parenthood, the intensity of the teenage years, or any other season of life. She has a holistic lens infused with yoga and mindfulness.

Kate Kiker (She/Her), LPC-Associate, Supervised by Kimberly Benedict, LPC-S

Kate works with individuals, families and couples and specializes in difficulties such as high self-criticism, perfectionism, issues with people pleasing, boundaries, codependency, no-contact relationships, childhood trauma, emotional reactivity, and grief. She mostly works with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD), mood disorders (depression, bipolar), trauma disorders (PTSD, c-PTSD, Acute Trauma), and complicated grief.

Mehik Malik (She/Her), MA, LPC, EMDR-t

Mehik is an experienced, emphatic, and culturally competent therapist who enjoys working with adults and adolescents. She specializes in treating those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, anger issues, and self-worth/self-esteem issues. Mehik will help you navigate difficult life transitions and believes in meeting you where you are on your journey. Mehik is EMDR trained!

Site Supervisor: Ashley Hubbard, MS, NCC, LPC, LMHC. University Supervisor: Dr. Wendy Helmcamp, PhD, LPC-S, CSC. Sarah works with preteens, teens, and adults. Being adopted herself, she has a desire to work with clients who have been adopted, parents who are thinking about adopting or going through the adoption process, or couples thinking about having children. She also focused on working with adults who have been through traumatic events of sexual and physical violence, abuse, neglect, and learning disabilities. She also focuses on people who struggle with chronic pain, autoimmune issues, and genetic disorders.
