Amanda Cagnetto (She/Her), Graduate Intern
Hello! I’m Amanda Cagnetto and I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Midwestern State University (MSU). I provide counseling under the supervision of Ashley Hubbard, M.S., NCC, LPC-S, LMHC, at Vibrant Journey Counseling and Dr. Kayla Bryant, Ph.D., LPC-S, at MSU.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I work collaboratively with each client, offering guidance, support, and practical tools tailored to their unique needs. My goal is to empower individuals facing mental health challenges or life transitions to create sustainable, long-term plans for healing and growth.
My counseling style is solution-focused and compassionate, helping clients navigate their present circumstances while building the skills and strategies to take control of their future. I believe every client has the capacity to improve their life, and I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment for that growth.
I am especially passionate about helping individuals navigate the pain of intimate partner betrayal trauma, particularly when it’s linked to a spouse or partner’s sex addiction. I also provide support for clients facing challenges such as anxiety, OCD, PTSD, familial and sexual trauma, codependency, sex and love addiction recovery, and body image concerns. My interest in how our early experiences and attachment patterns shape us as adults deeply informs my work.
In our work together, you can expect a respectful, collaborative relationship where your voice matters, your goals guide our process, and you feel both supported and empowered along the way.
Amanda's fee is $30 per session
