I am a neurospicy nerd with an affinity towards helping the military, survivors of sexual trauma, those with C-PTSD, Caregiver, and overall social justice for the BIPOC community. In addition, I have been humbled by my experience walking alongside Seniors, the justice-involved, and those struggling with substance use.

Sarah works with preteens, teens, and adults. Being adopted herself, she has a desire to work with clients who have been adopted, parents who are thinking about adopting or going through the adoption process, or couples thinking about having children. She also focused on working with adults who have been through traumatic events of sexual and physical violence, abuse, neglect, and learning disabilities. She also focuses on people who struggle with chronic pain, autoimmune issues, and genetic disorders.
