Rachel Greb (She/Her), LPC-Associate, Supervised by: Ashley Hubbard, LPC-S
Hi y’all, my name is Rachel Greb (she/her).
We all have innate worthiness and the power to change or recreate our stories. Life is sometimes messy and complicated. However, the “mess” can be a learning opportunity, and we can collaboratively navigate these challenges to achieve your goals and to create positive outcomes. The mantra, “My pen, My story”, reminds us of our power to change and grow. Words are powerful. We all have stories of our lives that we have created, and these can impact our daily experiences. How we speak to ourselves impacts us individually and in relationships with others.
I value working with individuals and couples who grapple with relationships, body image, self-worth, and anxiety. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges related to communication, intimacy, and sexual expression, as well as exploring issues surrounding sex, sexuality, and LGBTQIA+ identities. I also support clients in polyamorous and open relationships, those experiencing high-conflict dynamics, and individuals seeking to strengthen attachment and connection. My work extends to clients managing OCD, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), and neurodivergent experiences, providing tailored, compassionate care that honors each person’s unique story. I am deeply committed to offering equitable and nonjudgmental support for sex workers, recognizing and respecting their autonomy, experiences, and diverse needs. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported free from stigma or preconceived notions. Creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients is at the heart of my work.
My background and education helped mold my counseling approach. I co-founded a girl empowerment group and co-facilitated yoga and group therapy. While working in special education, I supported the development of life skills. I also hold certifications and have experience in dating and sex coaching. All these experiences have helped inform my commitment to create an emotionally safe and judgment-free space, infused with humor, where you can feel at ease as we work together on your journey.
In my free time, you can find me at the gym, playing backgammon, or watching a lot of reality television. I enjoy the warmer weather, but my favorite time of year is college football season. GO Dawgs!
