Rachel Greb (She/Her), Graduate Intern

Hi y’all, My name is Rachel Greb (she/her). I am working towards a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Midwestern State University. I have a BA in Mass Communication from Tulane University and an MAT in Special Education from Piedmont  College. To ensure optimal standards of care, I am under the supervision of Ashley Hubbard, MS, NCC, LPC, LMHC at Vibrant Journey Counseling, and my university supervisor, Dr Krystal Humphreys, PhD, LPC-S. 

My background and education helped mold my counseling approach. I co-founded a girl empowerment group and co-facilitated yoga and group therapy. While working in special education, I supported the development of life skills.  I also have certifications and experience in dating and sex coaching.

We all have innate worthiness and the power to change or recreate our stories. Life is sometimes messy and hard. The mess can be a learning opportunity and we can collaboratively navigate the mess and connected challenges. The mantra, “My pen, My story”, reminds us of our power to change and grow. Words are powerful. We all have stories of our lives that we have created and these can impact our daily experiences. How we speak to ourselves impacts us individually and in relationships with others.

I value working with people who grapple with relationships, body image, self-worth, and anxiety. I aim to create a safe space for those having issues or struggling with sex, sexuality, and LGBTQIA+ concerns, and those looking to explore in their relationships. I seek to provide an emotionally safe, judgment-free space, mixed with humor, where you can feel comfortable working on your journey.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym and playing pickleball. I relax by watching movies and TV. I love pop culture and reality television. Though I enjoy warmer weather, fall is my favorite season because it’s college football season. I am a big Georgia Bulldogs fan.

I am able to see clients at a reduced rate of $30 per session.
