    Past Retreats:

    This will be a day to focus on renewing the mind, body, and soul. 

    I would love to have you join me and a group of like minded individuals at my One-Day Mental Wellness Retreat. 

    Some Activities will include

    Yoga: 

    This will be a gentle and slower yoga to allow our bodies to stretch. We will start our day with Yoga to get both our minds and body ready for the day!


    Creating Mandalas: 

    Giving space for art and creativity through this mindful practice will allow us to dig into our consciousness and assisting us in developing thinking beyond purely instinctive levels. We get to create and explore some of what our minds are hoping to express.



    Intention Setting:

    Through meditation, journaling, and additional activities connecting to nature we will focus on our intention to promote more peace and healing in our daily lives.

    Lunch will be provided.


    You are welcome to come alone, bring a partner, or a friend.


    We are a LGBTQIA+ allied/safe practice.
